was officially launched on the 1st September 2002. The
main objective of this Website is to provide Timeshare Owners an outlet to sell
their timeshare privately. I have set this site up because I have been involved
as an owner of Timeshare myself for many years. This site is designed to help
you.

sale of our timeshare was directly attributable to this website. We had a number
of enquiries over the few months that we had it listed with you. We eventually
found a bona fide purchaser.
In our opinion it was a good value for money
decision, when we opted to list with you rather than via more expensive advertising

and try to keep the listings as acurate as possible. If you find you make an enquiry,
and the unit you are enquiring about is sold, please advise me by email or phone
and I will follow up with the owners, as they do not always let me know their
timeshare has been sold.

Make sure you mark the specific boxes on the sell
your timeshare form if you do NOT want to display your details.
I
guarantee that I will not sell your contact information to any third party. Your
Timeshare will be displayed after I have received your payment. Please inform
me of the sale of your Timeshare so that I can keep my listings as current as
possible. It is the sellers responsibility to have all legal paperwork

As with any business doing advertising there is
a small fee to list on this site.
Our fee is $70 Australian Dollars
This is a once only charge per week that you own at a resort. The listing is for
12 months.
If advertising
Credits or points (Trendwest, Accor, Holiday Club or Flexi Point)
It will
cost you $70 for whatever quantity of credits, points etc, you advertise
forl 12 months.
